Looking forward to the first snowfall just around the corner! It’s time to be hiking, swimming, biking, doing whatever you do to get the body moving to get ready for ski season!

We are ready at Mountain Travelers with all the new Patagonia and North Face outdoor clothing, for men and women, up and waiting, for the weather to turn cold. We have the perfect underwear, mid-layers, and outerwear jackets and pants to keep you warm, dry, breathable, and comfortable for your favorite outdoor activities coming up soon.

We also still have a great selection of last years outerwear for men and women on our sale racks in the center of the store. They are the ‘bargains’ that always go first… we have down sweaters, down jackets, and lots more on sale at 25% off, until they are gone.

Peter has the equipment all set too! Scarpa boots are in and selling well, because people ‘always need new boots’!  We have T2 Eco’s and TX Pro NTN’s for Tele, and Gea’s and Maestrale’s for Alpine Touring.

Our favorite bindings are the 22 Designs Axl and Vice, and G3 Ion.

Peter has 42 years experience in mounting skis in our specialty of ‘Tele’ and ‘AT’. He has all the ‘jigs’ to mount them perfectly where they should be. Not an easy  job, to find an eastern expert, who can do that in our ever changing outdoor/ski industry. Call Peter K. For any questions you might have concerning mounting your equipment. Even if you did’nt get it from us, we’ll hope you got the right match of components … 🙂  and mount it for you … and help educate you to have the best experience you can out there.

We have a big selection of skis on sale from last year, again… ‘the bargains’ are always the first to go! So get in and check out what we have.  Rossignol has delivered and we are expecting K2 and new this year… Black Crows, from Charmonix to WOW skiers with the latest and the greatest!  Both will be in stock within the month before the snow flies!  We are pumped for the up-coming season ! Hope you are too!
